As a veteran of the hospitality industry, Gavin Tiffin has spent many years planning and hosting a range of bespoke events for global clientele. Many of these events require specialised etiquette and cultural awareness. Working as a manager and consultant in the United Kingdom and later Thailand, Gavin honed his skills and understanding of what is required to deliver events to the highest standard—including the correct procedures for dealing with and communicating with discerning customers who require service that is discreet, polished and follows the age-old way of working.
He has enjoyed the honour of working with key figures, ranging from Their Royal Highnesses the Prince and Princess of Wales, when he played a vital role in the launch of a global nursing initiative, to attending on Heads of State, and many high-net-worth individuals and celebrities.
As an expert at AIHM, he shares his knowledge of both hosting and attending formal events. Etiquette in such elevated situations is a vital art that will enhance your standing and reputation and can open new doors to business and personal opportunities.
