Hicham Oulebsir, has a foundation as electronics engineer and 10 years in the corporate world—including 8 years as a sales engineer and 2 years as a sales manager.

 

After developing a deep understanding of professional dynamics and the skills required to thrive, he has partnered with industries as diverse as renewables, electronics, robotics, medical, consulting, distribution, and telecommunications, supporting change management through strategic audits, customized trainings, and targeted coaching programs.

 

Hicham transitioned into the world of training, coaching, and consulting to drive meaningful change in organizations and individuals, as a NLP expert he facilitates Public Speaking and Leadership training sessions drawing on multidisciplinary experience to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential.
