Module 1: Self Reflection
- Understand your personal relationship to time management and conflict resolution
- Engage in an interactive session that simulates a real-life scenario in the workplace
Module 2: Time Management
- Explain the benefits of time management
- Analyse three different time management strategies and choose one to create a plan of action for how to implement this when you return to work
Module 3: Conflict Resolution
- Analyse two conflict resolution theories
- Create a script to use in the next scenario which requires the use of conflict resolution strategies
