Module 1: Self Reflection

  • Understand your personal relationship to time management and conflict resolution
  • Engage in an interactive session that simulates a real-life scenario in the workplace

Module 2: Time Management

  • Explain the benefits of time management
  • Analyse three different time management strategies and choose one to create a plan of action for how to implement this when you return to work

Module 3: Conflict Resolution

  • Analyse two conflict resolution theories
  • Create a script to use in the next scenario which requires the use of conflict resolution strategies

Samantha Lauver-Marion is a veteran of Minor Hotels, with over a decade of rounded experience in operations, sales, communications and customer relationship management. Her latest role sees her lead student engagement at the Asian Institute of Hospitality Management. A graduate of Hospitality Management herself from Temple University in the US, she is also a certified trainer with a proven record of empowering students to succeed.
