A global wellness expert and graduate from EHL Switzerland, she combined her background in hospitality management and expertise in luxury wellness to found multiple wellness-based hospitality businesses, including Teiah Hospitality. She has consulted for industry leaders such as Clinique La Prairie and Food Matters in the development of innovative wellness concepts.

Hi, I’m Eiei! My passion lies in crafting memorable experiences that bring people together, whether through luxury hospitality projects in Myanmar or strategic marketing initiatives abroad. My 13 years living and working in the United States helped shape my global perspective, inspiring me to blend creativity and strategy in ways that leave a lasting impact.

As a guest expert at AIHM, I’m excited to share my knowledge with professionals who are eager to level up their careers. In my workshops, I provide practical, hands-on learning that empowers you to drive meaningful change. From designing transformative retreats to building CSR programsthat resonate with your audience, each session offers valuable insights you can apply right away. My goal is to create a space where you can connect, innovate, and walk away with actionable strategies that will make a real difference in your career and the projects you create.

At the core of my work is a belief in the power of collaboration and innovation. I’m here to inspire you to think boldly, stay curious, and lead with purpose—all while making the learning process fun and rewarding!

Philip Reid

Philip Reid is an experienced actor, writer, director and teacher who has spent years dedicating himself to the art of the story.

He began his storytelling training as a student of London’s prestigious Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama, whose alumni include the actors Gary Oldman and Steven Graham, the actress and director Lake Bell and Booker Prize winning author Bernadine Evaristo.

Philip has performed, directed and written for theatre companies, toured in theatre productions, appeared in three Bafta-winning television series and one Oscar-nominated film. Working for ‘theatre-in-education’ companies, he began his journey in education before eventually Trinity University College in Wales where he taught and directed a number of stage productions. He’s now based in Thailand, where he guides business professionals in applying the art of storytelling to their careers.

Samantha Lauver-Marion, the Director of Global Partnerships at AIHM, has intentionally built her personal brand over the last decade on multiple channels to create a network that spans the globe. Samantha is passionate about connecting collaborative leaders across industries to create positive change in their communities. By leveraging her rounded experience in operations, sales, communications and customer relationship management Samantha is actively bridging the gap between generations, cultures and industries through engaging events and executive training experiences held at the Asian Institute of Hospitality Management campuses across Thailand. As a graduate of hospitality management from Temple University in the United States of America she is a certified trainer with a proven record of empowering leaders, executives and students to succeed.

A certified RYT200 Yoga Alliance instructor from Switzerland, now based in Bangkok, specialising in stress-relief yoga and mindfulness. With a focus on Hatha Yoga, their supportive classes emphasise alignment, breathwork, and relaxation, creating an accessible and engaging experience for all levels to enhance well-being and find balance.
