These needs-based scholarships for our BBA worth 100% of tuition are for Thai nationals showing great promise in their studies. One is sponsored by Dr. Supachai Panitchpakdi, Chairman of the AIHM Board of Trustees, and the other by Mr. William E. Heinecke, Founder and Chairman of Minor International.
All that is required is a passion for hospitality or entrepreneurship, English-language proficiency, and a drive to succeed. Upon graduation, scholars will take up a position within Minor International for a period of three years.

Dr. Supachai Panitchpakdi
As a former deputy prime minister, head of UNCTAD, and then the WTO, Dr. Supachai Panitchpakdi has seen first-hand how education can uplift countries such as Thailand. He himself benefitted from a privileged education, pursuing his PhD at Erasmus University and a fellowship at Cambridge. Today, he shares this same privilege with promising Thai students.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS

Submit your application form, as well as a motivation letter, by 1 August 2024.

A shortlist of candidates will be announced on 15 August 2024, with the further requirement of a motivation video to be submitted by 31 August 2024.

The scholarship winners will be announced on 6 September 2024, with studies commencing on 22 September 2024.
THE SCHOLARSHIPS
100% of tuition over three-and-a-half years is covered, worth THB 1,400,000. Scholars will still have to cover themselves the cost of admissions, uniforms, learning resources and practical arts apparel, and daily living expenses including housing fee.
ELIGIBILITY
Nationality: Thai
Minimum age: 17.5 years or older upon starting the programme
Education: Applicants must hold a qualification recognised by Thailand’s Ministry of Education, such as:

Completion of Grade 12 or Year 13

Two A-levels or BTEC level 3

A GED diploma (minimum 145 points in all four areas)

English-language requirements:

TOEFL: 525 (paper) or 70 (iBT) or above

IELTS: 5.5 average (each section not less than 5) or above

Cambridge FCE/CAE: B2 First or higher
